My name is Carin. I was born in England, move to the US when I was 10 and when I was 20 I moved to Alaska and have been living in this “Great Land” since. When I use to get a pay check, I worked as an Engineering Tech and Civil Construction Inspector. Now with my husband, we are raising our four children. Knitting and spinning are not just something to occupy my spare time but have become a wonderful obsession.

The Shetland Tea Shawl is beautiful! I know Dale Long from attending Meg Swansen’s Knitting Camps years ago. It was fun to see his design on your blog. The wool is fantastic.
